Return and Exchange Policy

HyperionGamer.com or HYG Inc. accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise for up to 14 days after purchase. All on sale or promotion merchandise is exchangeable only. All merchandise purchased using a discount promotional code is final sale. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. The original cost of shipping is nonrefundable.

Medical products are non returnable or exchangeable if original box is opened for any reason.

All direct orders procced by sales person are final sale.

*Holiday purchases made November through December may be returned or exchanged through January 15th of the following year.
